[OPEN LOG] Halloween
Millions of years before humans began roaming the cosmos, the gas giant planet Tausan was scattered out of its planetary system. Without a star, the light on the rogue world faded to create a planet of perpetual night. Dark it may be, but not dead. Tausan took its moons into exile and its huge gravity flexed these rocky bodies to keep their interiors warm. Atmosphere and water persevered, along with primitive life that glowed like fireflies in the night. When the EAA discovered the largest moon, it was adopted by those looking for an alternative lifestyle in the never-ending night club. The Tausan satellite became a rave world.
Without the light of a star warn of its presence, the Karura passed too close to Tausan during Halloween. Captured by the gas giant's gravity, bridge command steered the ship into orbit around the inhabited moon. It was not Tezuka's plan to make a stop here, but you had to make the best of a situation.
Upon arriving on the moon's surface, everyone is issued with a welcome glow stick in different colours to light their way. It is time to party.
